Over the years, we have built strong relationships with great independent suppliers in the industry, ensuring that we are sourcing the best quality ingredients at competitive prices. Wherever possible, we use also seasonal and locally sourced produce to ensure that our menu offer is both delicious and environmentally responsible.

All of our menus are designed to deliver to as wide a range of tastes as possible, and alway ensuring that specific dietary and allergen requirements are catered to. Flexibility is key to our approach as we firmly believe that our menu offer should be tailored to the specific requirements of each individual event that we produce.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Max and the team at Melt. From the pre-event comms to the delicious food, to the charismatic and charming chefs, the service provided was outstanding. The themed nights were a great touch, and our guests really appreciated the effort taken by the Melt team to accommodate an array of dietary requirements, whilst ensuring the quality of the food remained excellent. Yes, that really is his name - the perfect fit for MELT! Eamon originally trained as a chef in Cornwall, and with many other achievements under his toque, was a key part of Jamie Oliver's success with the restaurant Fifteen.

He has led many teams to greatness and has since used his skills as a leader to set up his own restaurants and events company, Wild Hare Events.

We originally met Eamon when he was catering at Wilderness Festival and we quickly discovered we had a shared vision of what great event catering should look like: menus designed on an event-by-event basis to meet the needs and tastes of different guest profiles, using fresh, locally sourced produce wherever possible, and always lovingly prepared.
